Delivery In for Delivery Information for BHShop

BHShop utilizes New Zealand Post for fast and secure delivery, dispatching orders to most countries worldwide as soon as they are confirmed. It is essential to verify your delivery address before placing an order, as BHShop is not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.

International Delivery Options:

  • Courier Delivery: 7-10 working days (includes tracking) via New Zealand Post - International Air.
  • Express Courier: 4-6 working days (includes tracking) via New Zealand Post - International Economy Courier.

Delivery costs vary based on the weight of your purchase.


Customs Regulations: Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the goods they order comply with their country’s regulations. Any import duties or taxes imposed by your local authorities are the customer's responsibility, and BHShop does not accept liability for delays caused by customs.

BHShop is not liable for missing, damaged, delayed, or detained parcels by your country’s customs office. We also do not cover any import duties or taxes on your order, nor do we provide refunds for parcels that are detained or confiscated by customs.

For parcels held or confiscated by U.S. customs, please note that BHShop or New Zealand International Courier cannot intervene with U.S. Customs. It is the customer's responsibility to contact U.S. Customs regarding any fees or issues with their parcel.

If your items arrive damaged or are lost, please notify us as soon as possible. Retain all packaging and damaged items, as these will be necessary for the claims process.
